A Place to Learn, Practice, and Belong
Social connection does not come easily for every child. Some children need social expectations explained clearly, opportunities to practice in a safe environment, and patient support as they learn how to connect with others.
This class gives children a welcoming place to develop practical social skills through guided conversations, cooperative activities, games, role-play, and real-life practice. The goal is not to change who a child is, but to help each student communicate, build confidence, understand others, and form meaningful connections.
This Class May Be a Good Fit for a Child Who:
- Wants friends but has difficulty making or keeping them
- Struggles to start or continue conversations
- Needs help understanding social cues or body language
- Has difficulty with flexible thinking
- Becomes overwhelmed during social situations
- Needs support handling frustration or disappointment
- Benefits from direct teaching and guided practice
- Wants to feel more confident interacting with peers
A formal diagnosis is not required. This class may benefit children with autism, ADHD, developmental differences, social anxiety, or other social and communication needs. This class does not provide medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or clinical behavioral health services.

Activities will be adapted to the ages, abilities, and needs of the students participating.
Learning Through Real Connection
Children learn social skills best when they have opportunities to practice them in meaningful situations. Each class will combine direct instruction with interactive activities, discussion, cooperative games, creative projects, and supported peer interaction.
Students will receive encouragement and guidance without being pressured to perform, mask, or communicate in one specific way. The class will focus on growth, confidence, understanding, and genuine relationships.

Meet Ms. Bee
Warm, experienced, relationship-first
Ms. Bee has years of experience supporting children with a wide range of learning, developmental, communication, and behavioral needs. Her approach is rooted in relationships, understanding the reason behind behavior, and giving children practical tools that help them feel successful.
She has training and experience using principles from ABA, PRT, DTT, and RDI, while creating an environment that remains warm, flexible, respectful, and centered on each child's individual strengths and needs.
